I had contacted Dimitry on very short notice. He responded to my email request within less than hour and was able to have my installation scheduled for the next day. The morning of the installation there was a slight delay due to winter weather/traffic and he kept me updated on his colleague\'s arrival time every 15 minutes, appearing sincerely apologetic for what really was a minor delay only. The installation itself was done to our complete satisfaction, the installer was polite, respected our place, covered the areas surrounding the work area thoroughly to protect from dust/damage, did a nice installation and left the place as clean as it was when he arrived. I would recommend them to a friend and would not hesitate to use their services again.
